Type in whilst at Title Screen:
A,B,R,L,C-Down,C-Up.  You should hear laughter. Go to player select and you should have every charachter!

Diddy Kong Racing

Here are a couple of cheats.
TOXICOFFENDER-all balloons are green.
ROCKETFUEL-all balloons are blue.
BODYARMOR-all balloons are yellow.
FREEFORALL-maximum power up.
VITAMINB-no limit to bananas.
BLABBERMOUTH-horn makes different sound.
OFFROAD-drive offroad at same speed as on road.
TIMETOLOSE-computer is hard to play against.
ZAPTHEZIPPERS-turns off zippers.
ARNOLD-large characters.
TEENYWEENIES-small characters.
